As we are honored to bring you our superb catch, we take the utmost care in treating each fish with the reverence it deserves.Our fish are bled and iced immediately on the boat. After prompt processing, they are hand-packed with gel ice and shipped directly to the customer, usually arriving within thirty-six hours out of the water.
